“It's some how better although I can not finally say it's the best as I am new in U.K. and I was in need of car insurance soon but didn't get enough time to look arround so I can't rate BG as the best”
“It was not until I had paid for the insurance, that it became apparent that despite the cover including the benefits listed, it did not cover all the aspects that were required and specified by myself. No refund of the premium was given infact I was told that if I wanted a refund, it would be recorded as a refusal to insure me, that would of put me in the category of being refused insurance.........be very cautious about insuring with this outfit.”
“Provided me with the cheapest fully com cover, I was always able to speak to an advisor when I needed to without long delays, service was good and no complaints really. Only issue I found was on an occasion that I needed roadside recovery and the tow truck was travelling from almost 100 miles away and I had to wait nearly 2 hours. Luckily I was near my home otherwise it would have been a long and painful experience but overall satisfied.”
