“I was thrilled with the service and product received. I made an error on my order and emailed on the weeekend panicking as it would have ruined the engraving on the gift. Not only was I emailed back immediately, the error was corrected without hesitation. Product arrived and was fab.I was so impressed. Above and beyond my expectations. Wonderful”

“Sorry a little bit disapointed when i opened the gift bag. When i made the order i wanted a message adding to the bag, which i expected it to look special typed, instead it looked as though it had been hand written, otherwise gift bag was nice......Sorry 3 ***”

“The bag was very stylish and looked expensive and good quality. The gift note inside was beautifully written, so much so my daughter thought I had written it!”
