“This was inexpensive and the quality reflects this.; It is shown as 18+ but we have been disappointed at the ease with which our twelve month old is eating the pictures off the blocks and have had to take it off her. Either she really is too young or has exceptionally sharp teeth!_x000D_ Mulberry Bush says: As you point out, the images on the cubes are printed onto card and during manufacture are neatly glued onto the cubes. If they were made by screen-printing directly onto the wooden cubes the price would be a lot higher - see the Vehicle Sound Blocks (182033) or the Farm Sound Blocks (182045) as examples. It is in part for this reason that the product is aimed at children age 18mths+ when they are less likely to put things in their mouths. Perhaps hide them away from your daughter for a few months until she is 18mth old?”
