“I am basing this judgement on a similar gears set I bought for another grandchild a few years ago. It gave child a lot of enjoyment and a basic understanding of how gears work. There was scope for explaining the use in machines - even bicycles!”

“A great toy. Easy to handle, colourful, relatively easy to assemble. The 'instructions' giving examples of what can be assembled are a little small and hard to understand due to lack of detail but this encourages the problem solving to come into force with adults as well as children. A good present.”
