“Like the pencils, but would have preferred the name to be written in upper and lower case instead of all in capitals. Especially as this was for a child .”

Dear Customer, thank you for you review. We are unable to personalise this item in Title Case because of the decender characters in lower case letters. Because we like to print characters along the spine of each pencil, including lowercase characters with their decenders makes this harder, meaning the typeface would have to be smaller - and in our view, too small for the pencils. We do show the pencils in upper case and explain that they are in upper case in the product description. We do however sell a different set of pencils - the Chunky Pencils (https://www.mulberrybush.co.uk/chunky-triangular-pencils-title-case product code 330021) - these have larger spines and are therefore available in Title Case (including lowercase letters).
