“Bought this for a birthday present for our granddaughter. Don’t think the quality is very good for the price we paid, feels very light. Had it personalised but would have liked the name on both sides, and also would have been better if the whole bike was pink.”

Dear Customer, sorry to hear you are disappointed. As a balance bike/trike for young children, it is important that it is relatively light. But don't be fooled by the weight, the product is a fantastic quality 2 in 1 bike, that we've been selling for years - rarely with any problems. Sorry too you are disappointed about the personalisation and the fact it's not pink all over. The photos and description we show of the item shows the product in detail. Hopefully once your granddaughter receives her birthday present you and she will be happier with the bike than your initial impressions. Mulberry Bush
