“Really nice but order details labelled across packet and can't remove. Fortunately i also bought my granddaughter a pencil box. I also wish you could get lower case lettering but that seems to be the same everywhere. Perhaps it because they'd be too small.”

Dear Customer, thanks for your feedback. The labels we put onto personalised products are non-permanent labels that should be easily removed and once removed won't leave a sticky residue. So what you're describing shouldn't be happenning. However, we will test a few labels on products and see if there are any problems with the labels we have. “Pencils look great and it's nice they all have erasers but I would have preferred upper and lower cases for the names”
