“Whilst there’s no doubt that this is lovely quality, I was absolutely disgusted to find this exact outfit on eBay for just £14.99 so I paid nearly double with you. Very disappointed & feel thoroughly ripped off. Certainly won’t be ordering from you again”

Dear Customer. Thanks for your feedback on this, we're sorry to hear you found this item a little cheaper elsewhere. In all honesty, the eBay price you found is below our cost-price - ie less than we ourselves pay for it. I've just checked eBay and can't find it there now at that price. Our guess is that it was either second-hand, damaged or not a genuine branded version?
