“The Dragon Fastening looks great but, in terms of its intended function, is not (with the exception of the short zip which works) fit for purpose: • The press stud is awkward in that you press against soft stuffing with no pocket stiffening to give some resistance to the push. • The button hole is in a very small pocket which would be difficult even for small fingers to manoeuvre. • The buckle is quite narrow so it’s difficult to get the short fabric strip through the first slot and very difficult to get it through the second slot. • The laces are almost impossible to thread through the small holes. There is no stitching to make decent eyelets. In terms of function, this toy would discourage children through failure! In the catalogue, all fastenings are referred to in the plural whereas there is just one of everything. I looked at the back of the dragon hoping to find more user-friendly fastenings but nothing! This is misleading.”
