Could do with slightly more flexibility in adding own/custom exercises to allow for adapting/working around injuries and/or unavailable equipment, but that is a small tech limitation for now.

“This is one of the easiest and most comprehensive apps I've used. I'm far from tech savvy. The links to the videos and workouts are great and you don't have to watch ads before you watch them. It easily connected to my garmin watch. This is a must have app for anyone that is slightly interested in fitness or mountain biking.
