This app has been great to help me improve my riding. I have been an avid mountain biker for 25 years but always did my training on the bike. Doing the exercises in this app have strengthened my core and shoulders a lot making me feel much more comfortable and faster on the bike.

I was a pen and paper MTB Fitness customer and I recently tried out the app. The organization, the ease of use, and integration with my apple watch are fantastic! It's much more streamlined working out with the app as opposed to stopping, writing down data, then checking the next workout on paper. Matt is very responsive if you have any questions. Highly recommend!!

Mmnn, Not really been doing the exercises for long enough Matt to see any definitive results and the weather has been challenging to get out. I would love to give a review when I can give a fair answer. But otherwise, I am enjoying the exercise programs you have set, so I will be polite and give you five stars Colin

I can't believe the noticeable difference after just 3x a week for two weeks made. My legs last longer before feeling the ride, and the climbs aren't quite as difficult. Will definitely keep witht he program.

I am in week 2 on the app and find it useful in giving me achievable workouts, I look forward to seeing how well this translates to my fitness on the bike. I have picked up muscle groups e.g. calves that need work as the app covers multiple muscle groups which I hope helps. Still new so will do a further review once I have used it for longer. Matt was fantastic in replying and helping me plan and get started, I really appreciate his responses and advice.
