“This is a great app, you can work to your level and at your pace, it suits uber fit or beginners and allows home or gym workouts. It leads you through each session with clear instructions and watch outs and allows you to track your progress. It’s a no nonsense plan that gives a great workout that develops with you over time. The final plus is great support from Matt the creator. Got a question he answers it, any problems he is there. I’m a fat 50 something trying to keep in shape and this app has made me want to train. Can’t give better praise than that.”
