The app is simply amazing, connecting to my Garmin, to my fitnesspal and done in a blink if an eye. The routines are great, the exemples (short video) can be viewed during a rest period. Well done Matt, that is one amazing app you got there!!

j'applique tes multiples programmes.Ils sont très bien conçus. Bien "hard" pour un vieux de 68 ans !!! Je les pratique 4 à 5 fois par semaine. Steching + programme environ 1h 15 à 1h30. Je n'ai pas fait de sortie VTTAE depuis une bonne semaine.(froid et humidité) mais je vais m'y remettre promis ! Milles merci pour ton travail. jjSaulnier / Vevey /Suisse

Only started using this week due to being on holiday and wanting to have a bit of a blowout before getting serious. I roughly do 60/40 in favour of road riding but I’m fairly certain this app will help for both disciplines. The App is very straightforward, tutorials for all the exercises and options to change or add. Very impressed so far!

Easy to follow work outs with videos covering all exercises. I really like the ability to include reps and weight for exercises to see progression. Count down timer is handy for rest periods Brilliant having option of both gym and home workouts Matt has put together really well thought out plans which change every 4 weeks. There are also additional bonus workouts and stretch programmes

I've only done one workout, it seems good, but I lack the motivation to keep at it. I'm just not someone who can look to an app to get the job done. If your into tech, I think this is the app for you. Matt seems to be available whenever you contact him. I definitely like riding my bike as to doing gym workouts.
