Easy to navigate and track my progress I like the timing feature for the rest period between sets. Also knowing Matt is available to assist with any trouble shooting is a bonus

Great workouts which are very intense and specific. Matt makes sure these are varied so it’s not cinstantbreoat on the same exceeices. If you like data and seeing progress, this is for you

I like the videos demonstrating the exercises, very helpful. I haven't explored all the other features of the app currently as i have just gotten over Covid and have not been riding or training.

Thus far one of the best laid out workout apps I’ve found. I’ve worked out for years and know what movements to do, but I’ve always struggled with laying out my own workouts. Matt at MTB Fit does it for you in an easy to follow and reliable app.

Great app so far! I just started but the workouts are phenomenal, easy to follow and the app itself is very user friendly....very pleased and highly recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a great way to get started and stick with it.

I like the app. I'm discovering lots of new exercices. I've been through the introduction exercices (1 month). Thing is: I didn't really improve my speed on the bike (even sometimes, I have a hard time reaching my previous PRs). I'm 61, and the exercices, twice a week, are very demanding on my body. But it's way easier now than after the first week. So, I'm hopeful that, with proper nutrition & recap, I'll improve my speed & hability on the bike.
