About Mooncup:

Mooncup began with a clear goal: to give people a healthier, sustainable way to manage their periods.

Back in 2002, we launched the world’s first medical-grade silicone menstrual cup, pioneering a movement that put health and the planet first. We saw an industry where profit came before people, ingredients were hidden, and plastics reigned, so we challenged the status quo.

Now, we're on a mission to become the world’s biggest sustainable period care brand. We’ve just launched Mooncup period pads into Sainsbury’s, Boots, Holland & Barrett and Look Fantastic. We’re also partnering with workplaces, gyms and hotels (like Canva, Danone, Third Space, Gymshark and Claridge’s) to offer free period care in bathrooms.

We use only science-backed, body-safe ingredients because your period products should work with your body, not against it.

The pants absorb heavy flow and feel comfortable for overnight wear. Comes true to size. Machine wash on a low setting keeps the material in good condition. Handy as backup on higher-flow days. Good value for the price. Very pleased. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Would certainly recommend and purchase more.

These absorb a ton! They're way better than the unbranded period underwear I got a while back. I usually wear a cup, but at night, that's not enough, so I pair the cup with period underwear and love it! You're supposed to rinse them in cold water first, then machine wash them at 30 degrees. Be sure not to use conditioner and don't put them in the dryer. You might want to pick up a few pairs, which can be pricey, to get you through the week!

Reliable, Comfortable, and Eco-Friendly Period Protection I decided to try the Mooncup period pants as I was looking for something more sustainable and cost-effective compared to disposables. The fact they’re designed by Mooncup, a trusted name in sustainable period care, gave me confidence that they would be both high quality and practical. On first impression, the material felt soft and breathable, and the low-waist style looked like it would sit comfortably without being bulky. After wearing them, I was really impressed with the absorbency. They hold up to 10 tampons’ worth, which meant I could rely on them overnight and on heavier days without worrying about leaks. The low-rise cut fits well, providing full coverage without feeling restrictive, and they stay in place throughout the day. I also appreciate that they’re made without PFAS or silver, which makes them feel like a safer and healthier choice for long-term use. Overall, these period pants are a brilliant investment for anyone wanting comfort, sustainability, and peace of mind. They wash well, dry quickly, and save money over time compared to buying disposable products. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for reliable protection, especially for heavier flows or overnight wear.
