“I decided to try Mooncup as I was interested in having a more sustainable period routine. When I ordered my Mooncup, i was not home for the delivery. As a result, it was not delivered to my house and an evidence picture was given that did not show my house. I emailed Mooncup to ask when my parcel would arrive, and I was told that they would look into it and contact me. They did not contact me for weeks, which understandably made me angry so I contacted them again for the situation. They did sort out the situation and send me a new Mooncup, which I did think was good customer service, however they excused themselves by saying that they must have sent an email which went to my junk mail. I could not find an email in my junk mail so don’t believe this, however I’m still very happy that I was eventually sent a new cup. The cup itself is good quality, though it is quite tough and takes some getting used to putting it in and out. This was my first menstrual cup and it is working out well for me, but I would recommend looking at reviews as I have seen some people saying that there are easier cups to use on the market.”
