“Mooncup is not the only sustainable option for a period but it is very useful and easy once you get in the habit and the hang of it. It can be inconvenient to have to have to wash it especially if you are out and about but overall I would highly recommend!”

It’s great to hear you’re getting on so well with your Mooncup menstrual cup and continue to find it easier to use the more you get the hang of it 😊 I’m sorry you’ve found it inconvenient to wash, particularly when out and about - getting used to doing this can be a bit of a learning curve at the start, but it does become second nature with time. We generally recommend taking a small bottle of water into the toilet cubicle with you – you can then remove the Mooncup, tip the contents into the toilet bowl, rinse with a small amount of water and re-insert. Alternatively, if you don’t have a bottle of water handy, you can wipe with toilet paper instead before re-inserting. “no idea how Ive gone until age 26 without this. Easy to use, painless, easy to remove (no pain like with dry tampons), never seems to shift position. Got all my female siblings onboard too!”

“It's very simple and easy to use, you never have to think about buying sanitary products again. And you cna wear it for ages without having to change. Sometimes it does pinch a bit getting it out, but it's not bad.”

“This is my 3rd moon cup I would never use anything else. I found my cramps reduced when switching from tampons, I started my daughter on a luna cup when she started her period and once she was comfortable with it I upgraded her to a moon cup. I recommend this product. Saves a fortune and is a game changer when travelling In countries where sanitary products are hard to come by.”

“It takes time to get used to Mooncup if you have been using tampons or panty liners. Most definately worth the money and the time, because it is so comfortable and hygenic. The feeling is always as if you do not have to worry about changing the liners and icky about changing them. Low maintanance and lasts for a long time.”
