“Tracy talk to me in a calm manner, she makes me feel comfortable in talking to her and didn't intimidate and judge me of my financial situation. Doing this every year stress me out because , as if somebody is interrogating me. But I am thankful to have Tracy who got an excellent customer service who makes me feel safe and calm while sharing her my financial situation.”
