If you had to claim how happy were you with the way it was handled?

“I have never heard from them again since submitting my Claim a monrh ago. I am unable to recommend them at all. Basically their Comms are ZERO! How was it handled it hasn't been handled at all! Very worrying ???......”

“Thankfully didn't have to use the van insurance. However I took through for two key reasons. 1, have used reduce my excess for a number of years for car hire excess and on the one occasion I had to claim they were efficient and quick to reimburse. 2, the price was competitive being about a quarter of the cost of using the hire companies own product! Woul recommend, and have currently got an annual car hire policy!”
