“The only trouble I had in my claim for excess damage sustained in Spain was getting Avis to produce the necessary documentation for the claim. The claim was then dealt with quickly and fairly so no complaints on your claim handling.”

“I have not had to make a claim so I have not tested the policy but its convenient and affordable. Maybe it would be good to have an app or card that summarises the details should we need it for a claim or need to provide it during a hire.”
