“Unfortunately had a tyre blow out on my Europcar hire. Claimed on my insurance with BigBlue online and received the full amount back. Very simple process.”

“didnt need to claim so cant comment, we wont be doing it this way again as alamo charged us over $400 on top of everything else we had which was more than enough cover so we are choosing a cpmany that gives full insurance next time without the need for any extra, it wont be alamo either who also seem to have many bad reviews for being sneeky and charging poor travellers money they dont need to be charged, its not until you get home you realise youve been robbed”

“We didn't use the insurance as we didn't need to, however I felt that it gave me peace of mind when we were using the hire car and also I was happier picking the car up from the rental office as I was fully covered so I knew there was no need to be talked into extra cover.”

“I took out this insurance to cover CDW for a car I hired on Grand Cayman last year. It gave me a great sense of security knowing that I was covered for any possible collision.”
