We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the engraving of your initial. We use state of the art jewellery engraving machines used throughout the jewellery industry. We have worked closely with the engraving company and every piece of jewellery in the collections has been optimised by them to achieve the best engraving results.
The initial engraved would have been in the Times Roman font which is generally considered to be classic and sophisticated.
