Am very surprised by the high rating this company has based on my experience. Ordered a Christmas present online on the 8th of December. Having added my own address as the delivery address, I immediately emailed to inform them of the correct delivery address. Heard nothing more and followed up today to ensure delivery would be made in time for Christmas. Was told by Caroline that she would call back with an update in 30 minutes and 1 hour later no update. Called back again to see if I needed to make alternative arrangements for this Christmas present and was bluntly told that my order was cancelled and that my card would be refunded at some undefined date in the future. 2 shopping days before Christmas. To say I was aghast is an understatement. No apology, no explanation, no customer service, nothing. Last time I will be sending custom there. Had used them before for corporate gifts but never again.”
