“I recently purchased this pair of shoes from Moda in Pelle, and unfortunately, it has been a thoroughly disappointing experience. From the moment I tried on the shoes, it was evident that they were not designed with comfort in mind. The excessively curved front caused my toes to cross, resulting in excruciating pain and discomfort, even after just one wear. Not only did wearing these shoes lead to blisters and bruises, but it also contributed to back pain due to the poor design. When I reached out to their customer service to request a return and refund, I was met with a dismissive response. While they initially offered a credit to my online account, the subsequent email asking me to disregard the previous one only added to the frustration and confusion. The lack of empathy and understanding from Moda in Pelle's customer service team was disheartening, especially considering the level of discomfort their shoes caused me. It's disappointing to see a company prioritize sales over customer satisfaction and fail to acknowledge the genuine issues with their products. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Moda in Pelle based on my experience. Their shoes may look stylish, but if they come at the cost of comfort and customer service, they're simply not worth it. Buyers beware.”
