“These are gorgeous shoes but I am a normal size 5 and they were far too narrow and tight, very disappointed as I'd ordered 4 pairs of trainers and shoes and every one were too tight. I had to pay to return, 14 days later I'm still waiting for my refund unfortunately. Rang customer services and was told I had to cover returns myself even though they're poor fitting, I wouldn't buy from this company again for this reason.”
