“Shoe was a nice casual style, but on the narrow side and only suitable for those wanting a narrow fitting. This was not specified in the product description. Since they were not a regular fit, I've had to return them. They were sent via tracked mail (alongside a further pair with the same issue) through Royal Mail on 23rd June. It is now 9th August and I have had no acknowledgement, nor has any refund been credited to my bank! I love Moda shoes, have probably around 20 pairs of shoes and boots, bought at full price from reputable retailers. I don't know who is managing this online site - though seem to be offering a selection of styles at or near full retail price, alongside discounted items and products from other ranges? I hadn't realised this on my first use of the site and, alongside a pair of genuine Moda sneakers, got a pretty naff pair of fabric 'sheepskin' boots and some 'faux leather' white sneakers - both from unknown brands. The sneakers are ok for dog walks and the boots too cheap to bother returning! But on this last purchase, I was careful to check that I only ordered Moda branded products and not sure quality of materials or fit are up to usual standard on all of the 5 products purchased? Very poor service...wouldn't touch this provider again.”
