Hi Laszlo Not really sure what to say to this. Your belt is made from vegetable tanned leather so will be stiff to begin with (it's a powerlifting belt so the whole point of it is for it to be stiff and thus supportive), but will contour to your body in time and soften a little. I thought 1 star was a bit harsh. Please send it back and we will refund you (I presume you don't want to keep it). Regards Stuart Mobility Tools Owner

“Great quality real leather, there were a few small visible imperfections such as minor scratches but this only goes to show it’s truly hand made. Has had an immediate affect on all my lifts. I find this belt extra helpful on deadlifts as the 3inch size makes it much more comfortable. I can’t compare it to other belts as this is my first but so far I’m completely satisfied and would highly recommend.”
