“Initially I followed the instructions on the site but brought a belt too big. The design looked awesome, buckle felt solid, the only thing I thought hmph about was the padding. It was lot smaller to a previous purchase. I called (being inpatient as I also emailed) and spoke to someone who advised I can return the item for a smaller size. I thought great, returned it got the smaller item, in this time they answered my email I think the following day. Unfortunately after a couple of uses, the eyelets seemed to not hold out, also the graphic design which seemed to be layered over foam started to disintegrate which I flagged after my second gym session. I contacted via email and received no response, I then tried calling, left a voicemail and no one answered. Sent another email with no response from the company so I called but this time was unable to leave a voicemail. I ended up returning the belt and filing a chargeback. I purchase a belt from this company from back in 2018, the quality now most certainly not on par with what they used to make but I thought it will be great to support a small business. I even had a better customer service interaction then in 2018. Fast forward to now, not quite sure what’s happened but unfortunately I will not be ordering from here again. I do however wish they take this constructively in terms of feedback and wish them well in the future.”

Hi Jermaine Thank you for your feedback. Just to confirm a few things: - all olympic weightlifting belts have pads on the back as part of their design. - You ordered a different size belt to anything you've had before, so not sure if you got mixed up. - There's no foam on the belts, it's a vinyl print; i didn't really understand your point about sponge, sorry. - I can see your belt has some marks on the holes, this is where you have caught the buckle and tried to force it through the holes when they weren't in properly, causing it to gouge as the prongs have gone through. - The belt from 2018 was a cheaper imported belt, we now make almost all of our belts in our workshop using Italian leathers. - You returned the belt and we issued a refund, there was no chargeback raised. Thanks again for your feedback, I thought it was important to address these points for clarity.

“Just wow!! I LOVE my new belt! Beautifully made, it fits absolutely perfectly and has completely changed my lifting. I can now push myself to lift heavier without worrying about my back or core as it gives total support (and looks awesome too!) so happy with it and worth every penny!”
