“The belt itself is great. However, the Mobility Tools' website is ambiguous about custom fees to the European Union. The shipping information page states that there are no fees as of May 2023 (I initially read it without the date, and while I'm fairly sure the date was added after I asked a question about it, there's a possibility I might have simply misread it since I do not have any receipt of the question about it I asked through Mobility Tools' forms). However, as of writing, under the "Customs fees" tab of this specific item, it states: "The following countries have customs fees included in the price, which means there are no hidden fees to get your order delivered: USA Canada European Union Norway Australia Japan" Now, I feel that the price for the belt, even with the added £30 I was charged by UPS, is reasonable. A similar belt of this quality is hard to find at this price point. I would have left 5 stars on it had you explicitly stated there would likely be additional fees shipping outside of the UK. But having it (initially quite unambiguously, reading the information on the belt page) stated that there would be NO additional hidden fees, and then having to pay another £30 after having worked the initial price into my budget feels a bit meh.”
