“Quality wise and durability its a five. The point taken away as they are so big. Im getting used to them but I do spend a lot of time getting them on the bar ..I have small hands, small wrists. If they where smaller they would be perfect. Do a size for us smallies.”

Unfortunately we don't offer free returns as this is a cost that would then need to be recovered somehow; likely through increasing prices (as we would still have to pay for them with a courier). “Purchased belt and straps..used them for back training yesterday,my forearms usually get so pumped before my last resulting in me stopping before the targeted muscle is exhausted but not while using these straps they have allowed me to push through and really hit the working muscle!!!pumps are much better and my back muscles felt it the next day..same for the belt no unnecessary lower back pumps allowing me to finish each exercise!!great products be looking to order the knee sleeves next!”
