“A must have in any recovery toolbox. i already had a foam roller which is ok for thoracic rolling, but it’s nothing compared to the extreme roller when you need glute and hamstring work. works great on thoracic too and really good for obliques. overall a serious and probably most usable tool for mobility. p.s. the little nodules really get to the pain points. prepare for a few deep breaths.”

“Delivery was excellent - it arrived the next day. The floss bands themselves are a brilliant piece of equipment. The quality of the bands themselves are really good and they have a good amount of stretch which makes them work well. I use them to mobilise my lower body: my hamstrings, quads, calves, ankles, and I can say it makes a huge difference. Would recommend.”
