“I really loved that they took the time to make sure I liked how the image came out before they started working on it. They didn't rush me at all and were patient with all the questions I had regarding the images I submitted. My only complaint is that I originally requested a size Medium based on my current lever belt I have, which is a Large. The artist I worked with insisted that I move it up to a size Large based on the measurements I sent in. Once I received it and tried it on, it was too big. I had to place the lever midway through the provided holes on the belt, and have about 5 positions left to make it smaller when needed. Looks like I may have to place another order down the road, but at least I know what a Medium will be after seeing the Large size. Other than that, have had a lot of compliments on how the design turned out and they are wanting to get their own made!”
