“Exactly what I needed. A sturdy, hard wearing design with a thickness suitable for both bodybuilding and powerlifting. The front of the belt allows for more mobility whilst providing enough support and pressure when lifting whilst the back of the belt provides more than adequate support on the core to feel more compressed.”

“Good belt, firm and reliable but the I personally found the holes to be too small, I had to stretch them out as the first time I put the belt on I got stuck. But other than the holes I have no complaints and am happy with the quality of the belt.”

“Top quality and feels great on. Really comfortable doing squats. I measured 34 round waist and got medium belt. It fits but I would probably go large as only just”
