“Very poor customer service and business practices. The design process is very long and clunky with many delays. On top of that the seem uncaring to your wants and needs and overall act like you are a nuisance. Despite that I still choose to purchase a custom belt. Was told they were able to make “left handed belts and to just advise you want it that way when purchasing. Did just that. When belt arrives it is wrong. Complain and am told they do not do left handed belts. After explaining I was told otherwise I was told, they only do for “full custom” belts. Explained I was not told this. Clearly they did not care as they then proceeded to ignore me and not respond I decided to take matters into my own hand and went on social media to complain and let other know how I was treated. Shortly after I was blocked on social media and received an email they wanted to work with me to resolve issue. I asked a couple follow up questions as they now want more money to fix the mistake and surprise surprise no response. It’s a shame to have to come here and complain but at this point it’s best if I can same someone else the pain of the experience. Belts look very cool and are a nice quality but the struggle is not worth it at this point. Live and learn.”

Hi Chris It's disappointing to see this but I was expecting it. You ordered one of our 'fast ship' custom belts using existing designs but wanted left handed belt. this would have required a unique design as the prints are right handed; we can't use the existing design on a left handed belt. Around 5 months ago you'd enquired about a left handed belt with your own images but never went further than enquiring. After receipt you complained and we explained that you'd need to have a full custom if you wanted a left handed belt due to the above issues; you then started commenting on our socials about how we scammed you, so to protect from you repeatedly commenting we've blocked you. You also complained that our sizing was wrong; this is unfortunately due to the fact you've used your trouser size rather than physically measuring where the belt will sit, which we are quite explicit with to avoid belts not fitting. I had tried to resolve this for you 2 days ago even allowing you to return to exchange the belt for what you wanted, but as I did not reply to you yesterday (when I was out of office) you then claimed again that I was ignoring you, leaving the above review. We are a small company and we don't always respond immediately, so this was frustrating to see given the fact we were doing our best to resolve an issue that was ultimately not our fault.
