Sorry to hear that, sizing is always tricky with knee sleeves as people have different quad and calf sizes, if you get in touch we should be able to exchange for a different size (if we haven't already).

“These are my first ever knee sleeves and I've not been disappointed. Warms the knee joint up straight away and gives a good amount of support in the bottom position, but not so much so that you are restricted or it takes away any of the effort. Helps when my knees feel a bit niggly and coupled with a bit of mobility work and foam rolling your on your way.”
