“Delivery has been poor my parcel was marked at delivered and scanned at my address when it wasn’t actually dropped off 2 days after the email saying it has been delivered I received a sorry we missed you message, I then followed the link to which I had to pay £2.10 to get a reschedule. I emailed modifit about this issue and after Royal Mail said it had been dropped off when it clearly hasn’t they have decided to ignore my emails.”

Hi Ethan This is disappointing to hear. You emailed on 2nd Dec asking where your order was as it had been marked as delivered and you hadn't received it. We replied the same day (5 hours later) asking if it was a block of student accommodation; which you confirmed. We then sent a further email the same day with GPS co-ordinates of the delivery; we have not heard anything from you since, so we haven't ignored your emails. Royal Mail offer free re-delivery so not sure why you have been charged for this. Please email a photo of the receipt for the charges and we will raise this with royal mail on your behalf. “Had to exchange and size up for M for double ply, as the material is obviously a lot firmer. But they do the job perfectly, super supportive and give a good boost up for squats etc.”
