“This belt fit wayyy smaller than the same size we previously ordered and we were told we would have to just order a new one… terrible response for a customer who’s already purchased two items. Very disappointing and I do not unfortunately recommend this company to anyone. You get what you get and if they make it smaller than it should be, it’s still on you.”

Hi Cameron Sorry to hear you weren't happy with the belt. As we discussed over email - your previous belt was a lever powerlifting belt and you have bought an olympic weightlifting belt. They're 2 different belt styles with different size and fittings. When Dan sent a design to you we checked the size range and you didn't mention that you had previously bought a lever belt an were on the final hole. With a lever belt you can get away with this, due to the clamp action pulling the belt tight. With a prong belt (either weightlifting or powerlifting) it's difficult to use a belt on the final holes as there's not a lot of leather to pull on to tighten the belt. This is why in the sizing info of all of our belts we recommend being in the middle for prong belts and around 3/4 along on a lever belt. The belt you have bought is to spec, I'm sorry there's nothing we can do for you.
