“I have bursitis in my hip. Annoyingly painful. It has been going on for ages and costing a fortune at the chiropractor. She uses this tape on my lower back, because that is where the nerves originate but for some reason I thought that it needed to be supporting my hip, because that is where the problem originates if you get my drift? I decided to try it for myself on the quiet. So when this tape arrive I covered my hip in a starfish of stretched tape. Right down my outer thigh too. The difference was immediate and it is definitely helping. It stayed on for about three days even with the shower. I have found that cutting the edges to a curve instead of square corners helps to stop the tape from curling up. I will be wishing for longer rolls soon.”
