Please see the link here to our page that explains how the plate is produced and sent to you. It explains that we do not apply this to the model but instead it is printed and attached to a business card inside the parcel,
It is possible that you've missed the number plate - it would have been attached to the delivery note that was included with your delivery. Hopefully we'll get to the bottom of this once we hear back from you.
