“I had bought the Hepworth trousers in the colour port and had ordered this jumper to match. The colour was perfect and I am always a size 16 in Joules but the fit on this occasion was awful, the back just hung like a rag. I have kept the Jessie Cable Knit jumper ordered at the same time which fits perfectly. I have considered ordering a size 14 but because I have had to return this jumper I'm already out of pocket and might land up having to sent the size 14 back.”
