“Outer delivery packaging perfectly fine. Box ripped to shreds, product was absoloutely filthy, had clearly come out of the packaging and whoever "packed" it again put it in the display box sideways, not securing it properly. Lovely teether which is on the higher price point side which would have been worth it had it come in a good enough condition but unfortunately we received ours like this, wouldnt give it to my dog.”
