They say it's the carrier, but they use them and they contracted them
2 weeks after placing my order it had not arrived and no one knows where it is. So I cancelled it. And it's not the first time. Never buy again”

Even with a postage fee, they were £5 cheaper than an identical product via Amazon Prime. I’ll be ordering from here again if the price remains the same as the delivery was timely as well.”
