Ive looked into the order you have placed which corresponds to this review, the order you placed on the 10th January 2024, you paid £9.99 for a priority delivery which is 1-2 working days and your parcel was indeed delivered on the 12th January at 15.36pm with DPD.
You have not ordered this product from us previously, so Im a little concerned you have possibly left this review on the wrong companies page and it also isn't possible for you to have waited 16 days since your order on the 10th of January.
