As it is suitable for both rabbits and guinea pigs its saves having to buy two separate products and I think the comparative price is very good value for money.”
“Delivery from Millbry Hill arrived via Fed Ex. Internal bag completely torn in two with 18.3 kg of food remaining, instead of 20kg. Rabbits tucking in nicely to the remaining food. Millbry asked for photographic evidence of the damage and loss incurred, and denied responsibility. Not sure what use photographic evidence is any way, as the bag could have been ripped at any point, so I'm sure even with 'proof', I would have got nothing more than the "sorry for the inconvenience" response I received. Simply won't use them again.”
