Im sorry to hear you are disappointed.
The supplier of this product (Northern Crop Driers) state that some bags have been known to have a strong odour which is due to a natural variation in the product which can differ from time to time in density.
This does not affect the performance of the product in any way and usually isn't a problem when used in a horse stable environment.
