Roasted by the coast

Our coffees are hand roasted in small batches in the village of Porlock on the coast of Exmoor. We select only the finest beans from around the world to create our lovely selection of blends. “I had a superb flat white coffee at Miles' tearooms in Taunton many years ago. I asked which beans they used and was told Espresso Velouté. Have used them for my bean to cup machine ever since. On a number of occasions I've run out and had to use beans purchased at the supermarket but none of them match the flavour and enjoyment of Espresso Velouté.”

“Excellent for straight espresso or cappuccino. Great depth of strong flavours without any bitterness. Took me years to find this wonderful coffee but it was worth the search.”

“Beautiful aroma and a silky texture to the coffee. It provides a lovely creamy froth on top of the espresso and feels rather indulgent to drink. My only issue is that it is not quite strong enough for an espresso.”
