““I ordered a jacket on 13th March and after 11 days it still hasn’t arrived. I haven’t received any updates and my emails haven’t been answered. Really slow service and very disappointing experience.” Thank you for sharing your feedback. I genuinely wasn't aware of the issues you experienced until I contacted your team, and I should have informed earlier. My main concern is the amount of time I was kept waiting. That side, once I submitted the documents, the delivery process was absolutely fine. I appreciate the service after that point. Thank you”
