“The cakes looked exactly as in the photo's with extra boards, ribbon and edible glue to assist in customising the final presentation. The icing and marzipan layers were generous and perfectly applied. The cake was of excellent texture- very rich and well filled with fruit and nuts. Nicely flavoured although I have tasted nicer. A small disappointment was no visible cherries-maybe just me but this type of cake needs visible cherries. It was appreciated by those that it was served to-thank you”
