“Absolutely delicious. Moist, gently spiced sponge, on a pastry base, and with a warming hint of rum. Really hope this new tart remains on the menu, as it’s already a favourite in our household!”

“We had not had this Tart before. It was lovely, light and a hint of spice, thoroughly enjoyed it. Went well with either custard or cream.”
