“I was so happy with our choice of cake, there were a good number of options to chose from. Ours was a lovely cake, great to have the option to have different types of cake layers, the sponge was so light and lemony with a nice balance of icing, the fruit cake was packed with delicious plump fruit and everything you woudl hope a rich fruit cake to be with a great balance of almond paste and icing. Beautiful finish and presentation. Came very well packaged with everything we needed to assmeble the cake and add the roses provided. Very happy would highly recommend.”

“Absolutely loved our wedding cake, both the fruitcake and the lemon madeira were delicious. The icing was just the right texture as was the marzipan and it was plenty big enough for our 60 guests.
It came boxed up very securely and I would have no hesitation recommending.”
